Distilled orange blossom water, a very subtle fragrance used in pastry-making and confectionery for aromatizing various preparations. In Lebanon, Orange Blossom Water is used to make "White Coffee", a refreshing drink, with its relaxing and digestive properties. Just add boiling water to two tablespoons of orange blossom water and sugar to taste.
